Special Needs

A modified sixteen bed lodge provides good accommodation for special needs groups and their leaders. One room has an internal WC and shower facility with full wheelchair access.

An electric hoist is available in the lodge and various items of manual handling equipment are on hand for boat and other transfers. Users and potential users are best to confirm with us that we have any specialist equipment they may require for their group needs.

Tarmac walkways lead between the lodge, dining and activity facilities. A path has been constructed to give wheelchair access to the abseil area and hillside three hundred feet above the centre.
